features: what does it do? why do we need it?
In the new material settings page, when I click 'About Chrome' from the right side bar menu,
the link doesn't go anywhere that tells me about chrome
bugs: repro steps (I did X and expected Y but Z happened!)
I clicked 'About Chrome' and didn't get to see what chrome version I am on
