Right-click should send a pointercancel |

Issue descriptionWhen we have a context menu from a long-press, we send a pointercancel. We should do the same for a right-click context menu.

Looked into this and decided to not fix it. The contextmenu event appears after pointerup in Windows but before pointerup in other platforms. Firing a pointercancel would then apply only to the latter case (so pointercancel would replace pointerup). This would be confusing, plus would make Pointer Event behavior different from a old Mouse Event behavior. |
