no I'm not use a previous version flash player, I'm using version more recently (Flash Version: 22.0.0.209) still so too many resource consumed I have 3mb internet and quality is 360p any video for example: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=x2JzKy5c6PY this video is playing very slow

YouTube don't use flash to play video. YouTube use HTML5 player to play. I don't see any problem in playing the YouTube video in comment #2. |
