Issue descriptionVersion 53.0.2785.4 dev Platform 8530.6.0 (Official Build) dev-channel veyron_minnie ARC Version 3026157 Firmware Google_Veyron_Minnie.6588.197.0 <b>Network info: <network, encryption type, router model (if known)></b> Please specify Cr-* of the system to which this bug/feature applies (add the label below). Steps To Reproduce: (1)Booted Chromebook twice (2) (3) Expected Result: Should boot in under 8 seconds Actual Result: Booted in approx. 45 seconds How frequently does this problem reproduce? (Always, sometimes, hard to reproduce?) Two times in a row. What is the impact to the user, and is there a workaround? If so, what is it? Delay in getting online. Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screen shot or log if possible. I have one flag enabled. The one for storage manager in settings.
