Issue descriptionChrome Version:52.0.2743.75 (Official Build)6f4c375797e5bc24de861019a0a2437482afbc47-refs/branch-heads/2743@{#617} 32/64-bit. OS:Windows(7,8,10), Mac (10.10.5)(10.11.4), Linux(Ubuntu 14.04 LTS). What steps will reproduce the problem? (1)Launch chrome and navigate to chrome://settings-frame/content,click on 'let me choose when to run..' under plugin section. (2)Navigate to http://www.vudu.com/ click on any video,right click select 'inspect element' option and click on toggle devide button (3)Resize the video(page) ,click on close button and again open any video, observe. Actual: Plugin block message is not displayed after resizing page in toggle device mode.(i.e after step 2&3) Expected: Plugin block message should appear after resizing page in toggle device mode. This is a regression issue broken in 'M45' and below is manual regression range Good Build: 45.0.2436.0 Bad Build: 45.0.2437.4 CL: https://chromium.googlesource.com/chromium/src/+log/45.0.2436.0..45.0.2437.0?pretty=fuller&n=10000 Suspecting: 335354 ? Kindly help to re-assign, if your changes are not cause for this issue.

Thanks for the report. Vudu seems to have also replaced their Flash player with a message to enable Flash instead, so this is no longer reproducible. When enabling Flash though, everything resizes and positions correctly, so I'm marking this as WontFix for now, unless we can find another scenario with the bug. |
