Issue descriptionChrome Version: 52.0.2743.75 (Official Build) 6f4c375797e5bc24de861019a0a2437482afbc47-refs/branch-heads/2743@{#617} -32/64 bit OS: Mac OS X(10.10.5, 10.11.4), Windows (7,8,8.1,10),Linux (14.04 LTS) Steps: 1. Launch Chrome and navigate to chrome://tracing. 2. Drag the horizontal handle upward and record traces with web developer option selected. 3. After recording drag the horizontal handle downward and observe. Actual: Tab strip area at R.H.S of page is not seen properly after step 3. Expected: Tab strip area at R.H.S of page should be seen properly after step 3.
