Steps To Reproduce:
(1) Start Files app.
(2) On the left pane, choose a folder in your Google Drive. (e.g. "My Drive / Google Photo")
(3) You will see the "Welcome to Google Drive!" banner on the right pane.
(4) If you don't see the issue, resize the window width narrower than that of the text inside the banner.


Expected Result:
The text in the banner should wrap the line, so that the sentence is readable.


Actual Result:
The text line is no wrapped. Need to resize the window to read it.


How frequently does this problem reproduce?:
Always.


What is the impact to the user, and is there a workaround? If so, what is
it?

The first problem is that the text is not readable as it gets out of the box.
In some languages like [ja], this can happen with the default window size.
As a workaround, user can resize the window to read it.

The second problem is the text may be hard to read when it overlaps with the white part (document icon) of the background image. (see the attached files)
