Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/51.0.2704.103 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Open new tab 2. right click on the tab and click Mute 3. this works, it mutes the audio in the tab 4. Now try to do the same thing with a keyboard. 5. does not appear to be possible in any key combination I can find. What is the expected behavior? Expect there to be a keyboard shortcut such as CTL+AT+M to toggle the mute on and off What went wrong? A screen reader user who is blind, cannot turn off audio when a web page autoplays it, and it drowns out their screen reader Did this work before? No Chrome version: 51.0.2704.103 Channel: n/a OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 22.0 r0
