we are unable to view the save password whenever we forget it

Reported by saip...@gmail.com, Jul 13 2016

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/51.0.2704.103 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. save a password
2. remember passwords in chrome
3. click on view password
4.asks for system password
5.enter it but it shows admin password inccorret

What is the expected behavior?
to show password i saved

What went wrong?
even password entered correctly we are getting invalid password response

Did this work before? N/A

Chrome version: 51.0.2704.103 Channel: n/a
OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2)
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 22.0 r0

Components: UI>Browser>Passwords
It NEVER worked. Because of domain users.

Formerly, there were a bypass - enable password-manager-reauthentication flag.
Now it is disabled.

Hey guys!
It looks like you should call LogonUser with LOGON32_LOGON_INTERACTIVE, not LOGON32_LOGON_NETWORK.

Because GetLastError reported me 1385 ERROR_LOGON_TYPE_NOT_GRANTED
Logon failure: the user has not been granted the requested logon type at this computer.

When I recompiled with LOGON32_LOGON_INTERACTIVE, it reports either 0 (with correct password) or 1326 ERROR_LOGON_FAILURE
The user name or password is incorrect.

+wfh: this looks like bug 347825 , right?

For the reporter: thanks for the report, and sorry for the inconvenience. Until we fix this, if you happen to use password syncing (without a custom passphrase), you can access your passwords on passwords.google.com.
