Regression: Calculator app crashes on launching

Version: 54.0.2792.0/8581.0.0 (Official Build) dev-channel auron_Paine, Blaze, Parrot
OS: Chrome

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Sign in to chrome >> Launch calculator app from launcher and observe

Expected: No crash should be seen.
Actual: App crashes on launching.

This is a regression issue as it is working fine in 52.0.2743.57/8350.46.0 beta channel parrot.

Issue is seen in linux and windows of 54.0.2794.0 dev build.

Working fine in 53.0.2785.7 dev,Ubuntu 14.04. Will provide bisect info soon.

@ishell: Unable to access original issue https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=626715 . Could you please tell when the fix would be available in M54.

Unfortunately the fix missed the 2794 Canary. So in the next Canary it will be fixed.

The 2795 Canary does not include the fix yet.
