pointerevent_touch-action-button-test_touch-manual.html crashes

As I'm importing WPT, found the test failing as crashing.

The top of crash log seems to step on an assertion in V8.

lanwei@ this crash looks familiar. Was this the same crash we were originally getting with the other tests? Do they go away after this last change you are working on? If so can you also remove the corresponding line in TestExpectation for this?

This should be fixed by Issue 2127303002: Make the crashed web platform pointerevent tests pass, https://codereview.chromium.org/2127303002/, I will run the related tests and update the TestExpectations file.
