Chrome Canary Settings Screen doesn't open About Chrome when Advanced expanded

Build 54.0.2794.0 (64-bit)
Open chrome://settings/ (Alt-F Settings)
Click Hamburger Menu in top left corner
Click Advanced (Advanced menu expands)
Click About Chrome

Expected: to go to chrome://settings/help (About Chrome)
Got: scrolls to bottom of advanced settings

Workaround: don't expand Advanced or close it again.

BTW: Love the new settings screen, you guys are awesome!
