Reproduction Steps: 
1. Enable Chromevox Next and open Hangouts.
2. Add Emoji or Sticker
3. right arrow through all emojis/stickers
Expected: All buttons have textual labels, all emojis and stickers have proper description when sent/received.
Actual: Google TTS and Chromevox presents some unlabeled buttons, which I assume to be categories, but I'm not sure what they are. In addition, a few emojis contain the same text descriptor, and I'm thinking that there wouldn't simply be duplicate emojis...
