For chromestatus.com "file a bug on this feature" link (https://github.com/GoogleChrome/chromium-dashboard/issues/297) we'd love to have some way to file a bug where the components match those of an existing bug.

Any chance it would be easy for monorail to add an entry query parameter for this?  Eg: https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/entry?copyComponentsFrom=1234
