DevTools: Nodejs debugging iteration lifecycle is kinda painful |

Issue descriptionAfter going through one run, node finishes, and the devtools disconnects. It brings up a little dialog informing the user to reopen devtools. Once `node --inspect --debug-brk ...` is run again, the user can't user cmd-r on the page or easily restart it. The only way is to go up to the URL, focus the cursor, and hit enter. :/
