sgabriel@: what do you expect "the other ones" too look like?  can you give a couple examples of "other ones"?

The one in search engine seems more intentional and inline with what we put in core UI.
I thought there was a spec for links. @alan, is there such a thing ? 
My be worth aligning with our #3367D6 link without decoration on hover we're using in core.

@bettes -- can you confirm what we should do for normal links? The one on the Search page is an inner-link that opens a dialog, whereas the "broken" links open new tabs.

All links should be:
Google Blue 700
No underlines on normal or hover

Internal links gets “…” 
External doesn’t

Looks like these are fixed on latest, closing as fixed. Please reopen if not the case.
