Autofill of username and password doesn't work for some websites

Reported by kritkara...@iiits.in, Jul 12 2016

Issue description

VULNERABILITY DETAILS

Whenever one saves a password and username for a website, all the details are stored in the password manager. So, it is expected that whenever a particular url whose username and password are already saved is hit, the autofill would always work for that particular website. However, it is not the case for certain websites in the Chromium browser [49.0.2623.75] such as flipkart.com

VERSION
Chrome Version: [49.0.2623.75] + [stable]
Operating System: [ OS X Yosemite, 10.10.5]

REPRODUCTION CASE
Just visit the flipkart.com website sign up there and save your credentials in a way they appear in the password manager. Now, again visit the flipkart page and click on login. Autofill doesn’t work for that particular website. It's clearly a bug!

This doesn't look like a security bug. But it looks like a regression one. I've changed the type.
Thanks for that!

Verified the issue on Chrome Latest Stable# 51.0.2704.106 and autofill suggestions are not available.
Seeing the same on Firefox, no autofill suggestions are available in Firefox after saving the password.

I hope this is an issue with the site itself. Could you please check on Firefox and update the issue which would help us triage further.
Thanks in Advance.

I tried the same on Safari and it worked. So, I guess there are no issues with the site.

Issue 636984 is a potential duplicate of this one.
Status: Fixed (was: Available)
Can't reproduce on 57.0.2952.0. The autofill works fine. The form though looks differently than in the screenshot.
