Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_11_4) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/53.0.2749.0 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Hide toolbar 2. Undock dev tools 3. Toggle device toolbar and device frame 4. Go fullscreen What is the expected behavior? Fullscreen with just the device frame. Maybe without so many clicks What went wrong? Device breakpoints aren't hidden Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 53.0.2749.0 Channel: canary OS Version: OS X 10.11.4 Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 22.0 r0

darryl.white@ - Will you mind providing a clear repro steps or a screen-cast of this issue for better understanding? FYI, current chrome canary version is 54.0.2794.0. Could you please upgrade to the latest version and recheck for the issue. Thanks!
