Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_11_5) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/51.0.2704.106 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Go to URL
2. Support requests are not genuine

What is the expected behavior?
Spam filters would catch and remove these items.

What went wrong?
We received a support item that is clearly spam.

This should read spam in support requests, but I can't change the title.

If there are spam support requests or reviews, you can use the "Mark as spam" button to report them. The Chromium issue tracker is not the right venue for reporting spam support requests of apps or extensions in the Chrome Web Store.
