Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_11_5) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/50.0.2661.102 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: this is a feature request，like the issue410985 ，sometime we don't want the inherit. can is there some flags ? like <a dev-tools-mode="mobile" href="">，when chrome detect the flag, auto open the href with mobile emulator? What is the expected behavior? What went wrong? just a feature request, sometimes in web system, there are some links need to be opened in mobile mode. Did this work before?
