OS: Ubuntu 14.04, Windows

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Launch chrome -> Go to chrome://md-settings page
(2)Now try to select the Text (Ex: Under 'People' Section Try to select) and observe (Please refer Video)

Expected: Should be able to select the Text in chrome://md-settings
Actual: Instead Unable to Select the Text but cursor is seen


This is Non-Regression Issue as chrome://md-settings is introduced from 47.0.2510.0
