MY LANUGE IS WRONG IN CHROME

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/51.0.2704.106 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. COME IN CHINES 
2. WILL NOT TRANSLATE TO ENGISH
3. I RESET  COMES   BACK ON

What is the expected behavior?
LANUAGE IN CHINESSE  CHROME  ITS WONT TRANSLATE TO EGLISH

What went wrong?
WONT TRANSKLATE

Did this work before? N/A 

Chrome version: 51.0.2704.106  Channel: stable
OS Version: 10.0
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 22.0 r0
