Issue description<b>Chrome Version : <Copy from: 'about:version'></b> URLs (if applicable) : https://www.google.co.in/#q=10+AM+cet+to+ist Other browsers tested: Add OK or FAIL, along with the version, after other browsers where you have tested this issue: Safari: Firefox: IE: What steps will reproduce the problem? (1) (2) (3) What is the expected result? Actual result should be 01:30 IST but it is showing 02:30 IST What happens instead? Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if possible.

Could some one time conversion team please look into the issue and update. The same behavior is seen in firefox also. Changing the status to Untriaged so that the issue could get addressed. Thank You.

Is this reproducible with other browsers? I think this is a server-side bug, not a browser bug.
