Some pointer event tests crash while scrolling

This crash happens in some of the pointer event tests that are using gpu benchmarking while scroll:
FAIL touch-action attribute test assert_equals: scroll y offset should be 0 in the end of the test expected 0 but got 469

FAIL touch-action attribute test assert_true: scroll received while shouldn't expected true got false.

PASS touch-action attribute test out of element 
FAIL touch-action attribute test in element assert_not_equals: span scroll x offset should not be 0 in the end of the test got disallowed value 0

Make gpuBenchmarking.smoothDrag or smoothScrollBy scroll properly in pointer event tests.

On my local machine, all the pointer event tests are passing except some special cases.
