Nothing renders in mobile safari

I just see a blank page. It's been like this for at least a few months.

This has been a known issue for a long time. The Polymer UI never loaded in mobile safari.

Note that isn't true, it totally did work in safari. In fact I had an iPhone when I built it and used it primarily in safari on mobile for a while. :)

There's probably some simple fix here.
