Could you please be more specific about this issue, Google not loading means is it showing a blank page or some error on the page?

Please upgrade your browser to chrome latest stable 51.0.2704.106 and recheck this issue by creating a new profile under chrome://settings with no apps or extensions in your browser.

Looking through that net-internals log, I don't see any attempts to visit google.com. Can you provide more detailed steps of what you tried?
