Currently MacViews app windows' CreateNonStandardAppFrame() and CreateStandardDesktopAppFrame() return the same thing (a native frame).

If we want to support the custom active/inactive frame colors CreateNonStandardAppFrame() needs to return something different. Probably a subclass of AppWindowFrameView.
