Alt+Tab for Virtual Keyboard full view breaks window resize, typing, and only sort of handles ARC++ |

Issue descriptionVersion: 53.0.2784.3 dev OS: Chrome, samus-cheets What steps will reproduce the problem? (1) Turn on accessibility keyboard in settings (2) Use alt+tab shortcut on virtual keyboard (3a) Try to type - both physical and virtual keyboard are bricked [press physical keyboard Alt+Tab to undo this] (3b) Use alt+tab and then click out so that the keyboard goes away. Window resize does not work (3c) Open up two chrome windows and use virtual keyboard to Alt+Tab between the two. Then open up the google play store. Now click on one of the chrome windows to type and Alt+Tab. It never gets back to Google Play Store. (3d) Open up two chrome windows and use virtual keyboard to Alt+Tab between the two. Then open up the google play store. Now Alt+Tab and it get back to the play store 50% repro rate Please use labels and text to provide additional information.

Reproduced using Samus. This happens on virtual keyboard too. My wild guess is it happens because key up event of Alt is not sent before virtual keyboard closes.

Your guess is right, I think. Alt+Tab from the virtual keyboard is filtered in accelerator controller[1]. It filters by whether virtual keyboard is shown. [1]: https://cs.chromium.org/chromium/src/ash/common/accelerators/accelerator_controller.cc?dr=C&q=AcceleratorController&l=169
