Reported by sh...@mca.org.tw, Jul 11 2016

Chrome Version : 51.0.2704.106 (64-bit)
URLs (if applicable) :
<b>OS version : <from About This Mac></b>
Behavior in Safari 3.x/4.x (if applicable):
Behavior in Firefox 3.x (if applicable):
Behavior in Chrome for Windows:

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Open Chrome on Macbook 2015
(2)Open Chrome to fullscreen, by clicking the green button
(3)Click a link while holding shift, to open a new window in the fullscreen state.
(4)Using the Macbook Trackpad, open Mission Control, and drag the new Chrome Window into the previous Window to splitScreen.
(5)Next, drag the tab of one side of the window to the other side of the window
What is the expected result?
The windows/tabs should merge, and then become one fullscreen window

What happens instead?
The Screen on the Macbook 2015 goes black, the top windows bar screws up. And the windows gets stuck at the last position, being unable to move unless the mouse is touching the top of the screen, and the tool bar comes out.

Easily reproduced if you

1. Press the green window button and drag the window to one side of the split screen
2. Click of the remaining windows to make it the window on the other side
3. Drag one of the tabs

At this point things start to go haywire.

Note that at step 2, moving the mouse to the top of the screen only brings the tab strip down for one of the windows.
