Issue descriptionVersion: M53 Dev 53.0.2785.8 OS: Linux What steps will reproduce the problem? (1) Load the most recent extension for http://test.webrtc.org/manual/peer2peer/ (attached) in Chrome M53 Dev (2) Turn on the "Desktop Share with tab source" and "Disable Desktop Capture Picker Window Old UI." flags (3) Go to https://test.webrtc.org/manual/peer2peer/, and tap on Screen Capture button What is the expected output? 1. 3 tabs should be seen - Your Entire screen, Application Window, Chrome Tab 2. Share Audio checkbox should be seen in 'Your Entire Screen' and 'Chrome tab' sections What do you see instead? Share audio checkbox seen only in 'Chrome Tab' section Please use labels and text to provide additional information. In Windows, the share audio checkbox is seen in both the entire screen and chrome tab sections Attached screenshots

Sure. Since the capture system audio for Linux hasn't been implemented, for consistency reasons across all platforms, I would recommend having the 'Share audio' checkbox in the 'Your Entire screen' section displayed, but disabled. But I'm not sure if this would result in further confusion among the end users.

No. This is actually a feature request, not regression. As we currently do not support capturing system audio on Linux, this bug says it is better we have such functionality. As not too many Linux users, this bug is put on low priority. Updated the title to be less confusing.
