Unable to activate "advanced" using Canary md-settings and NDA

Reported by nimerjaber1@gmail.com, Jul 11 2016

Issue description

Mode: force_next
Version: 54.0.2792.0
Reproduction Steps:
1. Install Chrome Canary and run NVDA
2. Launch Canary and navigate to settings: alt+f>>settings
3. Enter browse mode and navigate with down arrow to advanced section. Press enter.
Expected: Advanced settings are populated.
Actual: Unable to activate advanced unless one utilizes mouse emulation commands. All items in settings ought to be keyboard focusable, navigable, and clickable. This is a duplicate of https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=627215 however I wanted to make sure I got this to the right team. Apologies in advance for the duplicate

You are not talking about NVDA, are you? This is related to ChromeVox.
I tested and NVDA works fine in this scenario.

IIUC, this is for chrome://md-settings

Comment 3 by nek...@chromium.org, Jul 11 2016

If this is the case, I can reproduce. But I believe that md-settings is still under active development. I don't see any ARIA role for the "Advanced" link.
