Add support for Vario Ultra Braille Display by Baum

Issue description

Mode: force_next
Version: 54.0.2792.0
Reproduction Steps: 
1. Plug Vario Ultra display into USB port and make sure that USB is selected on the display.
2. Enable Chromevox Next, and navigate to Chromevox options, and make sure that a braille table is selected
Expected: Vario Ultra would produce braille output and allow for braille input.
Actual: Vario Ultra does nothing. Display is not supported

I've been using VarioUltra successfully with Samus Dev/Canary builds daily for a couple of weeks.
It's great!

Unfortunately, it looks like this was regressed in January 2017. Fix in progress.

Brltty: Remove dot driver patch

TEST=build and run unpatched Brltty 5.4; verify Vario Ultra braille display over usb displays linux tty. Apply, build and run Brltty with dot patch. Verify Vario Ultra stops displaying linux tty.
