[iOS] Pull-To-Refresh: White gap is to see on top of page |

Issue descriptionVersion: 51.0.2704.104 OS: iOS 9.3.2 (iPhone SE) What steps will reproduce the problem? (1) Open a long page. (2) Pull the page, so that you can see the refresh icon, but do NOT refresh. (3) Scroll the page down (4) Tap on the status bar, so that the page scrolls back to the top. What is the expected output? What do you see instead? A white large gap appears on top of the page. May be this is related to issue 607743 ? Please use labels and text to provide additional information. A screenshot is attached. If you need more information, please let me know. Thanks!
