Need keyboard shortcut to minimize window

Currently, there doesn't appear to be a keyboard shortcut to minimize a given window on a Chromebook. It's possible to minimize using the mouse by clicking the minimize button in the upper right corner, or by clicking on the app icon in the shelf. Yet there isn't a keyboard equivalent. 

Can we consider using Ctrl M
