Chrome Language settings does not allow reordering of languages

Reproduce: attempt to reorder languages in Chrome Settings.

Result: unable to reorder languages.

Expected: (old Settings style) reorder "handle" icon allows for reordering of languages so browser defaults to language at top of list.

Please try the 3-dot menu in the language row, there should be an option to "Move up/down"
