Issue still reproducible in Chrome Beta (51.0.2704.77) from the Play Store.

Response time is improved in latest Chrome Dev on Google Play (53.0.2782.9)

Thanks for the report.  The feedback response came from someone other than the original reporter, which is why our auto rule archived this issue.  We'll keep an eye out for similar variants, but as it stands the rule seems to covering the 99% case (i.e. the original reporter providing feedback).

FWIW I reopened the original bug.
