Regression: Context menu is seen misplaced after long tap/touch on 'More from this site'.

Issue descriptionChrome Version:54.0.2793.0 6667812b2dffe3f6bf794b2b040504e5a3ad7cb7-refs/heads/master@{#404564} (32/64-bit) OS: Windows 10 (Touch device) Pre-condition:1. Enable Material Design history from chrome://flags 2. Create some history by navigating to Web pages. Steps: 1. Launch Chrome and navigate to chrome://history. 2. Click on iron icon, then long tap/touch on 'More from this site' and observe. Actual: Context menu is seen misplaced after long tap/touch on 'More from this site'. Expected: Context menu should not be misplaced after long tap/touch on 'More from this site'. This is a regression issue broken in M-51,below is bisect info. Good build: 51.0.2695.0 Bad build: 51.0.2696.0 Narrow bisect: https://chromium.googlesource.com/chromium/src/+log/f4f01ec7e01d008e69cef8f298595f8b1e61e439..d7b2627b1efb1128bd2d02c5ebb8a0bb05544428?pretty=fuller&n=100 Suspecting: r384201 ? Please help to re-assign if your change is not the cause for this issue. Note: This is touch device specific issue, same works fine via mouse click.
