What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Launch chrome -> Go to chrome://md-settings/autofill Page
(2)Now click on "Add credit card" link -> Click on Month Drop down at Expiration Date 
(3)Now observe unnecessary Horizontal scroll bar at bottom of the Drop down (Please refer Video and Screenshot)

Expected: No Horizontal scrollbar should be seen in  Month Drop down 
Actual: Instead Unnecessary Horizontal scrollbar is seen

Note : Same Issue is seen for "Year" Drop down

This is Non-Regression Issue as dialog to edit and save credit cards is  from 53.0.2761.0 Build
