Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/54.0.2791.0 Safari/537.36 Example URL: http://codepen.io/anon/pen/EywGpz Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Create an element with a pseudo-element (e.g. :after) 2. Apply a transformation on the pseudo-element (e.g. scale(0) 3. Let the pseudo-element change its transformation (e.g. scale(1) on hover) What is the expected behavior? The pseudo-element should be visible after the transformation is changed What went wrong? The pseudo-element is still invisible. Testing the same behavior with some other property instead of using a transformation yields the expected results. Does it occur on multiple sites: Yes Is it a problem with a plugin? No Did this work before? Yes Google Chrome Version 51.x Does this work in other browsers? Yes Chrome version: 54.0.2791.0 Channel: canary OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 22.0 r0

Rechecked the provided test case on Chrome version 54.0.2793.0 on Windows and MAC OS, below are the observations: 1) On Chrome: Clicking radio button for "input + label:after with transform" and mouse hover on "p:hover:after with transform" radio button does not shows any transformation. 2) On FireFox: Clicking radio button for "input + label:after with transform" shows the transformation but mouse hover on "p:hover:after with transform" radio button does not shows any transformation. Could you please confirm the expected output here.
