Non Regression: Alignment of google accounts is not proper in choose an account page.

OS: Ubuntu 14.04,Windows

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Sign in to chrome>>Clcik on profile icon in NTP and add another valid account
(2)Now sign out of account and click on signin button such that page will be navigated to Choose an account page 
(3)Click on remove button and observe (Please refer video)

Expected:Proper alignment should be seen between the two accounts.
Actual:Instead alignment is not proper.

This is non-regression issue as it is seen from M-30(30.0.1599.101- stable)

Reproducible on the latest canary(54.0.2793.0) on Mac OS 10.11.5 as well.
