What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Open a new tab.
(2) Right click on upper side of chrome browser when bookmark is showing.Notice, right click menu shows.
(3) Deselect show bookmark bar .Notice, still bookmark bar shows.

What is the expected result?
Bookmark bar should not show when show bookmark bar not selected.

What happens instead?
Bookmark bar shows when  bookmark bar not selected.
