Regression:'Reference error' is not seen after hitting enter key in chrome://tracing

Version:54.0.2793.0 (Official Build) 6667812b2dffe3f6bf794b2b040504e5a3ad7cb7-refs/heads/master@{#404564}(32/64-bit)
OS:Windows 8

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Launch Chrome and navigate to chrome://tracing.
(2)Click on ">>” (chevron) icon to open console text box. 
(3 Type some text, hit 'Enter' key and observe.

Actual:'Reference error' is not seen after hitting enter key.

Expected:'Reference error' should be seen after hitting enter key.

This is a Regression issue broken in M-54,will soon update other info.

Able to reproduce the issue on Windows, Mac and Linux. So adding RB Label as this is a Recent Regression. Please remove if not required.
