Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/51.0.2704.106 Safari/537.36 Example URL: Steps to reproduce the problem: I tried everything here Disable hardware acceleration from Settings. Create another browser profile account https://support.google.com/chrome/answer/142059?hl=en Reset chrome browser from settings. try to disable the extensions also. You can enable them later. What is the expected behavior? The exact error message is Error Loading Media: File Could not be played. It was working earlier. there is no changes that have bin changed to the machine. The site that i go to is an anime site called anime Fushigi. All video players are streamed using MP4STREAM which gives me the error earlier said. Example i could go on but there there is one if you need more or i could provide a picture or video for you. This happens to all MP4Stream videos when i am signed into chrome. If i do sign out and remove all previous setting then i can go and view the video player with out the error but then i am not signed into chrome. I did try the incognito window and I do still get the same error although with more ads due to not have adblock plus not enable on incognito windows. I did go into chrome://flags/ and found disable hardware accelerated video and enabled it. then i uninstalled chrome completely with Revo uninstaller and did the scan for registry and deleted them and then installed Chrome for all accounts and signed into chrome and still getting the same error. What went wrong? When i am signed into chrome and want to go watch an video that is hosted by MP4 stream i get an error. when i sign out and delete all the settings i can watch it normally but for some reason it only does it when i sign in. i reinstall chrome and i reset settings to default but i am unable to find the setting in chrome that stops me from viewing the video when i am signed in. Did this work before? Yes It was working earlier Is it a problem with Flash or HTML5? Both Does this work in other browsers? N/A Chrome version: 51.0.2704.106 Channel: stable OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 22.0 r0

ankitohc@gmail.com, the video on #4 is using flash player. please take a look at chrome://plugins to make sure adobe flash player is NOT disabled. This plugin setting(default enable) stays with signed in profile so if you disable it once it will stay with your signed in account all the time until you enable flash player again.
