Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.3) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/54.0.2793.0 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. open 100 tabs 2. close the browser 3. wait for all processes to close, reopen the browser, open a new tab, try to navigate What is the expected behavior? give me the response to my actions RIGHT FUCKING NOW, like you do on android What went wrong? i stare for half a minute or more at the screen waiting for session restore to do it's job, using cpu and disk so badly that i can't just open a fucking new tab and start navigating until it fucking finishes doing the restoration activity Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 54.0.2793.0 Channel: canary OS Version: 6.3 Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 22.0 r0 why the fuck can't you just implement the same thing you are doing on android? ok, not a default, but just fucking port the fucking code and give me a fucking flag to enable it.
