Can't edit Livejournal entry

Chrome Version       : <54.0.2786.0 (Official Build) canary (64-bit)>
URLs (if applicable) : http://www.livejournal.com/editjournal.bml?journal=lora316k&itemid=39672
Other browsers tested: Yes.
  Add OK or FAIL, along with the version, after other browsers where you
have tested this issue:
     Safari:
    Firefox: Fail
         IE: Ok

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Type the livejounal.com in address bar.
(2) Click on the account name.
(3) Click edit on the post you want to edit.

What is the expected result?
There should be the text to edit

What happens instead?
The link above look wrong and cover the space where the text should be.

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.

Unable to post any entry to edit it using livejounal.com. Is there any minimal test case available to repro this issue? Will you mind providing one to test this issue from Chrome TE end.

Mark WotnFix since there are no feedback more than a month.
We need to have re-produce step for developer's who don't have account of livejournal.com.

There is no way to re-produce the error unless developer has an account.
