Not accepting login certificate or expired certificate error

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.3) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/51.0.2704.103 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:

What is the expected behavior?

What went wrong?
I don't know actually because I am desperate to use some sites but can't use it as I have attached the image of the problem..
Please help me out soon..

Able to open and navigate through 9xmovies.net on Win 7 using latest stable 51.0.2704.106.

If you would like us to look into this more, please provide the net log as requested.

I'd guess most likely this is an issue on your computer or your network that is interfering with the connection, such as a proxy, corporate network interception, antivirus software, etc.

Thank u so much as I had found that my Chrome was not updated and when I opened the About Chrome column then it started updating..

Yeah! u may close it as Whatsapp messenger is working properly via Whatsapp web and also I regularly check the update of my Chrome browser..
