History auto-refreshes

Reported by kittenis...@gmail.com, Jul 9 2016

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/51.0.2704.103 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open history.
2. Navigate history.
3. It randomly auto-refreshes and takes me back to the top of the list on the first page.

What is the expected behavior?
The history should not refresh unless I manually tell it to.

What went wrong?
It refreshes, takes me to the top of the list on the first page, and I lose my place. This becomes a big problem when I'm multiple pages into the history.

Did this work before? N/A

Chrome version: 51.0.2704.103 Channel: n/a
OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2)
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 22.0 r0

Caching the history pages so it doesn't add more URLs to the list until I manually refresh it would also be helpful. Updating the list while I'm already browsing it is counterproductive behavior.
