Android Apps Settings Panel MIssing In New Settings UI

It is not possible to access the android app settings panel from within the new settings menu, one must still revert back to the old settings UI. (If this has already been reported and is in progress, please kindly disregard).

My complete version info is as follows:

Version 53.0.2785.4 dev
Platform 8530.6.0 (Official Build) dev-channel veyron_minnie
ARC Version 3026157
Firmware Google_Veyron_Minnie.6588.197.0

The issue lies with the new Settings Menu UI, at path

chrome://md-settings/

There is no option to enable/disable Android Apps. There also is no link to
go to the App Settings.
