Use extension icon for extension-added search engines

In chrome://md-settings/searchEngines the search engines added by extensions (e.g., LastPass) have blank favicons, with URLs like:

    chrome://favicon/size/16@1x/undefined

Perhaps these would look better with the extension icon.

Options used a generic favicon (chrome://favicon/size/16@1x/) but also showed the extension icon on the right side of the entry.

I am seeing the same default icon for both options and settings (see attached screenshot). I have been using https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/omnibox-timer/iooaeaogjngpihndkcednkblomlkaaif for testing.

The URLs are indeed slightly different, but that does not seem to have a visual impact.

I'd prefer to keep the extension icon at the right, since that's what we'll have to do elsewhere for extension-controlled settings. Though I'm not a fan of all the blank favicons...
