CET Time not correct in Chrome browser

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.3; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/51.0.2704.103 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Due to day light savings this error may occur.
2. Change the time as per day light savings.
3. Try to fetch correct time from IE browser.

What is the expected behavior?
The CET time now is 10:45 AM but Chrome showing 9:45 AM 

What went wrong?
Time variance between 2 browsers.
IE browser correctly showing CET time, Where as google chrome browser showing 1 hour delay.

Did this work before? N/A 

Chrome version: 51.0.2704.103  Channel: n/a
OS Version: 6.3
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 22.0 r0

Please look into this. This impacted production business maintenance activity.

Is the issue resolved from your end? Please confirm.

Still i am able to see the wrong CET time in chrome browser.

From your screenshot, both IE and Chrome show the wrong time when using Bing. This sounds like it's an issue with Bing; please report this to Microsoft.
